3) ETS Presidential Scholarship for HBCU Students
This scholarship is awarded by the ETS and Thurgood Marshall College Fund. Those students who are enrolled at senior school or college levels in Historically Black College or University (HBCU) are eligible to apply for this scholarship. Specifically students who are well-off academically having minimum GPA of 3.5 and are in need of financial assistance are highly encouraged to avail this scholarship at the earliest.

4) The Fredrick Douglass Bicentennial Scholarship Program
This is such a unique scholarship that it is awarded to one male and one female student who is enrolled in one of HBCU institute. 5) AMS Minority Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded by the American Meteorological Society to the minority students, especially black or Afro-Americans.
