Holland Scholarships for International Students Fully Funded in 2022-2023

  • The product of a language test (if required)
  • From all over the world, exam results (if required)

  • A valid passport is required.
  • Transcripts from every research facility.
  • The final requirement for a candidate is a recent photograph (Please make sure that your face must be clearly visible in the photograph).

  • Your nationality should be non-EEA.
  • You can apply for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions.
  • You must meet the specific requirements of the institution of your choice. You can find the criteria on the website of the institution.
  • IELTS/TOEFL/English Language Proficiency Certificate
  • You must not have a degree from any educational institution in the Netherlands.
