The HVAC HERO Scholarship is an annual scholarship that provides up to 20 students pursuing an HVAC degree with a $2,500 scholarship. The scholarship is available to students enrolled in community colleges, trade schools, or technical institutes. Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for the HVAC HERO Scholarship, students must meet the following criteria:

• Be a US Citizen, US National, or US Permanent Resident based on the guidelines utilized by the US Department of Education Federal Financial Aid eligibility
• Have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent
• Be pursuing an Associate’s Degree, Certificate, or Diploma in an HVAC technical program
• Be planning to enroll or currently enrolled in an HVAC technical program at an accredited institution for the entire 2023-2024 academic year
• Preference will be given to high school seniors and students aged 18-26
• The first 350 applicants will be considered. If interest dictates, the limit may be raised to accommodate more applications
• Current students must continue to be enrolled through January 1, 2024
• Applicants must upload documentation that the eligible HVAC program is offered at the school applied to/enrolled

Application Process:

The HVAC HERO Scholarship for the 2023-2024 academic year is accepting applications until April 30, 2023. Here’s how to apply:

1. Click the orange “Start Your Scholarship Application” button on the scholarship website.
2. Fill out the “Applicant Information” form on page one.
3. Fill out the “Academic Information” form on page two.
4. Upload a transcript from your current or most recent school.
5. Upload a reference letter if you choose.
6. List your honors/awards and extracurricular activities if you choose and click next.
7. On page three, submit an essay or video telling us why you are interested in HVAC.
8. Upload a recent headshot.
9. Tell us which social media profile you use most if you choose.
10. Click submit and you’re done!
